Typically available machined from Isostatically pressed rounds from 0.50 in. to 3.00 in diameter and 6.0 to 10.0 in. in length. R&D to production quantities welcome. Thermal deposition materials are composed of yttria-zirconia and other material families, typically used as thermal barriers, as well as wear and resistant coatings.  Deposition materials have uniform grain and pore size distributions that assure satisfaction and meet the highest standards for purity.  Our ingots minimize spitting while providing rapid evaporation rates for PVD applications.
